  Our experience with Dr. Anderson was not very good and based on that I would discourage anyone I met NOT to go there. 1.We have spent the majority of 3 months trying to follow through with a diagnosis they made. 2.I had to consistently call for 5 weeks to get the referral written properly, 3.I had to call them a couple times for results of very significant tests rather than them calling me., 4.When they called me back and left a message there was no direction on whether i should follow up with a specialist. 5. "call us back if you have any questions" ... I did that within the hour and it took a an additional week to get a call back. Finally, when I went to the specialist today (after giving Dr. Anderson's office an additional 3 weeks to get the records sent over) the film the Dr. needed had never been sent over.

  I took my son to the doctor with a minor fungi infection. The Dr. Anderson prescribed two medications for his treatment. One medication was given to me, and the other Dr. Anderson forgot to give me. This sees like a simple call to the Doctor's office to let him know that he forgot to give me the prescription would take care of the issue. It has taken me hours now, and still this has not been taken care of. The staff in the front is either incompetent or simply not taking my calls very serious. All I need them to do is let the doctor know that one of the medications superscribed was not given to me, and then to phone in the prescription. We are talking hours now and still nothing. Meanwhile, my son suffers without the cream. Hours? Come on...
