- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you are taking anyone to the emergency room for signs of a stroke, Please take them to Piedmont in Jasper. I took my husband last week to Northside in Canton and they did a CT scan and blood work. He had severe headaches and confusion. Everyone was very nice but they said his blood pressure was high and he was fine. I was so happy that he was ok but the next day he wasn't again. Later that evening I took him to Piedmont and he was worse. They did more test and he did have a stroke. Please don't go to Northside for stroke symptoms!
