  Great staff. They take Kaiser Permanente insurance. I have been twice now and was in and out within an hour. Same nurse and NP both times. Awesome. And they are within an mile of the pediatric urgent care so this is where we will be going from now on. 5 stars hands down. I work in the medical field and this is one of the best experiences I have had.

  Wow! If you want friendly and efficient care this is the place to go!!! I went online and setup an 11:30am appointment, thinking that I would still have to wait for over an hour like all other doctors offices I've been to. This place proved me wrong. I was promptly greeted, paperwork processed and co-pay taken care of within 15 min. I was then taken back, right at my appointment time, and had my vitals taken and symptoms recorded by a very friendly staff member. Then a few minutes later I was greeted by Amie May, NP :-) I was blown away by how friendly and efficient Amie was. You can tell that she really loves what she does. Her smile and caring demeanor alone are enough to make you feel better. I just want to thank the entire staff, especially Amie, for the best experience I've ever had at a doctors office!
