- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪minus zero stars if I could I put in a money order you know the kind you have to pay cash for in the over night slot to cover a check by phone that I had given to someone yesterday at 4 :00 P.m this morning at 7:45 a.m I put in the overnight slot a money order. at 12:00 P.m the money order is not showing but the check by phone is pending. If they would put the MONEY in my account this check won't bounce. LOL she said the treat the money order like checks and it takes 24 hours for it to show up in my account. What a joke I have two banks one at Ga telco and they never do this ,but this is my sons account. Looks like the bank is going to get 36 bucks of my money because they refuse to deposit my money. I call the bank and the lady gets mad and hangs up on me. Great customer service there SUNTRUST!!! I will be moving his account to Ga Telco when I get back from vacation! since they would never hang up on me and they have never held my money CASH either.November 26, 2016by Laurie H
