  I used to see this group a couple of years ago when my insurance covered the visits. They made sure they ran every test under the sun to bill my insurance. After my insurance stopped covering the service, they offered me a cash option that was affordable. I continued to see them for a bit, but was very dissatisfied. My visits would often take 90 minutes or more and when I finally got to see the chiropractor, it was like he was in a huge rush to get me out the door. I was left in a treatment room with with e-stim on for almost an hour, why the doctor went to lunch. Nobody knew I was there, until I unplugged myself and went to find out what was going on. Recently, I decided to give them another chance. It was slightly over a year since my last visit, and I made an appointment. They wanted to get my insurance card, and I explained that my benefits with it are not worth the cost and I preferred to pay cash. After that, I was told I would need a $175 new patient fee. Tried to explain I was not new. I was told since it was over a year, I would need to pay the fee and get new x-rays. I told them, no way and left to find a fabulous new Chiropractor who is upfront, attentive and honest.
