- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Jekyll and Hyde! My elderly mother went to her for sleep issues. On the first visit, the doctor was very nice, attentive and appeared to want to help. She prescribed a sleep study to be done. My mother did everything the doctor told her to do and when the sleep study was complete she went back for a follow up visit. She left the office in TEARS! The doctors attitude on the second visit was a complete 180 from the first time!! She couldn't explain the reason my mom wasn't sleeping, she didn't know how to explain the discrepancy in her sleep patterns and basically accused my 74 yr old mother of just wanting "speed" medications! The doctor didn't have ANY interest in investigating deeper, the reasons WHY my mom wasn't sleeping.... She didn't even suggest blood work or refer her to a doctor that WOULD try to help!! In the end, my mom wasted her time with this woman but more importantly, she wasted her insurance only to have to start again at square one! Dr. Rossrucker is obviously NOT a "Sleep Specialist" and just does the bare minimum and nothing more.....January 09, 2017by R Wade
